1. When my order will be shipped?

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours after receiving the order. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are generally shipped by Tuesday or the second working day after the holiday.

2.Can I change the billing address for my order?

Oops! Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry! It appears that you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!

3.Cancel Order

  •  How to cancel my order?

Any order can be easily canceled before shipping from the warehouse. Contact our customer service to request the refund if you really want to.

  • Cancellation Success
You will receive an order cancellation email notification when customer service is successful to cancel an order. Please ensure your email address is correct.
Note: If you don't receive any order or shipping info, you can inquire customer service for a confirmation.

 

4. Where is my order?

Orders can be tracked via the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email sent after the order has been fulfilled. 

Please contact us within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

5. Tips for shipping

  • Leave the correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.

  •  Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by seller.
