1. When and where does my order ship from?
Generally, our products will be shipped within 3 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
All products will be sent from the US warehouse. While, we need to send from China by Fedex/4PX, if the item is out of stock in the US.
2.Can I change the billing address for my order?Oops! Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry! It appears that you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!

Any order can be easily canceled before shipping from the warehouse. Contact our customer service to request the refund if you really want to.

4. Where is my order?
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status. Click here.
Please contact us within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
5. Tips for shipping
A telephone number is required for delivery. Leave the correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.
Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by seller.
