Return Policy

Refund&Exchange&Cancel

1] Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the order confirmation sent to you via email. Please include a note as to whether you are requesting a refund or exchange, and the products you wish to exchange for, if applicable.

2] The returned items must not be used or damaged in any way. If a product is returned used or damaged, we have the right to reject a refund or exchange.

3] If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges, ) will be refunded to the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1 and 2 above. 

4] If you request an exchange, item must meets condition 1 and 2 above. 

5] Order can only be cancelled before shipping. 

 

Extra fees

There is no extra fees charged by Coospider for accepted cancel order. 

Regarding return and exchange orders, Coospider is not responsible for the shipping costs caused by discretionary returns and mistakes in ordering or size and fitment issues. 

 

In the following cases, Coospider is responsible for the delivery charges caused by return or exchange item. And also accept order cancellation and refund after receiving the returned items.

1. We failed to arrange shipping on time.

2. Item is not received within 30 days beyond the expected delivery time.

3. We shipped an incorrect product.

4. The items with manufacturing defects.

5. Any other errors caused by us.

 

Notes:

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns.

Pls contact Customer Service first to get the right return address, pls do not send item to the addresses shown on home page.
