Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If an item is out of stock, it will ship as soon as it is restocked, and we will notify you by email.

United States: delivered within 7 days.
Accessories and orders outside the United States: shipped from our warehouse in China, approx. 20 business days.
Tracking is provided for every order. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

To request a return, contact us at [support@coospider.com] within 14 days of delivery. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Within warranty: we review each case and offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
Outside warranty: we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer for defective items.
